Recently, archaeologists from Yale University have found what they believe is the oldest observatory in the Americas. Last week was a feud started between the countries of Peru and Bolivia in a suit which is used in the Miss Universe contest. Bolivia has accused Miss Peru coordinators in the dispersion of what they consider their cultural heritage.
